RAUH-Welt Begriff

“We like to believe its the place where Japanese and European motorsport meet and the result is a passion unlike any other.”

What is RWB?

RWB or RAUH-Welt Begriff is a Japaneses car tuning company, founded by Akira Nakai-San in the 90’s. RAUH-Welt Begriff translated means “Rough World Concept”. Most famous for their signature wide-body air-cooled Porsche’s and the manner in which Akira Nakai installs each kit personally on site.

Each RWB car is unique and receives a name from Akira and no two cars will ever be the same. The car is setup based on needs and requirements but also the personality of the owner which is derived from the personal installation process. Each customer is only entitled to one RWB build. The price of an RWB kit varies on what each install requires.

Due to the personal installation and world-wide attentiongained in recent years, the RWB waiting list is said to be about 2 years, with parts needing to be fabricated to suit your car and payment for the RWB kit required in full on application.

A typical RWB kit usually includes a new front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, wheel arches, spoilers and suspension setup.

Each RAUH-Welt Begriff kit is ceremonially finished with the RAUH-Welt windshield banner being applied.

RWB in Perth

Although some perceive Perth as small and slightly less interesting place compared to its sister states – NSW, Queensland and Victoria, we have been fortunate enough to have not one but 2 RWB builds! Hosted by RWB Australia and the legendary Ktech Autohaus, Akira got started on the first two RWB porches for Perth – OSHO & MAYU

Ktech Autohaus – Ktec rallye is based in Perth and is Western Australia’s premier independent Porsche, Audi, VW Specialists.
Established in 1991, Ktech have been providing ongoing service to both the local Western Australian and National marketplace for over 20 years.

Go visits their website or social media – you wont be sorry!

With news just announced their will be 2 more RWB builds taking place in Perth during 2019, we can only guess what each car will look like but we know they will both be totally unique and special in every way with every detail completed to perfection.
